Our frail care service is a specialized service focusing on promoting safety, dignity and quality of life for loved one’s who wish to remain in their own environment, but require assistance due to a decline in physical and/or cognitive functioning due to the ageing process.

Our process entails our management team conducts a care assessment with your loved one and family to discuss their current functioning in the home environment as well as the challenges faced. Thereafter we proceed to construct a patient specific care plan to address the identified challenges and promote safety and quality of life for your loved one.
All of our staff have completed specialized training and are experienced in caring for frail loved ones.
