THE 4-STEP KRIEL CARE PROCESS

At Kriel Care Specialists, we follow a meticulous 4-step process to ensure that your loved ones receive the highest quality home-based care.

Step 1

One of our dedicated Clinical Social Workers will conduct an initial assessment, which includes meeting the patient, and/or family, following up with the current therapy team for recommendations on home care, and gathering background information from the patient/family on home environment, care plan expectations and how we can meet all needs and requirements.

Step 2

Our staff supervisor and team leader Alpha Dangama will proceed to identify an appropriate care partner, who is thoroughly orientated on the patient's condition, care needs and the family's expectations.

Step 3

The identified caregiver attends caregiver training/orientation at the facility where the patient is receiving treatment, to ensure a seamless transition into the home environment.

Step 4

Our management team conducts a care implementation with the patient, caregiver and family in the home environment to ensure that a thorough care plan is finalised.
