Let’s be real for
a second, dealing with trauma is tough

We might not be in control of our situation, but we can take control of our thoughts and actions in every moment. We can choose to make the best of every single day and focus on the things in our control. We can choose to seek out help when necessary, to problem solve and strategize about coping in our situation. Let’s not give up hope, let’s not become despondent, but let’s break it down and take it one step at a time.
